No, I'm not feeling "some" envy, like Santo, I'm feeling a "bunch" of envy! Team Neo is very cool! They make a perfect up-date over the older A-T!

I know I have most of those troops in my collection somewhere, but ET--do you remember what set the Fuzz Hispanic fella came from? I'm drawing a blank on when and which set HE was from.

And where didja get the tan outfit for the bearded AA Joe sitting in the chair? Those're some nice clothes, with buttons and all!

Graemon, AT-neo commander (AKA: Soul Commander) is wearing the carded recoiless rifle uniform and it is actually a shade of GREEN. I sewed on 40th buttons on the pockets for a neo-retro look.
The beardless Hispanic modern FH came from the Yetti set. I swapped bodies cause the original came with grey hands.
Thanks for the nice comments.

by the way, that's Brian's Headquarters (haven't photographed mine yet..plus Brian's pix kick mines butt:) )

Hey, I see that patch on the Soul Commander now that you mention it -- cool! Yeah, I dig the Soul Commander! I know you answered this for me before, but what set is he from? Who is that bearded AA man?

Cool idea with the buttons too. The whole team is tres cool! Great concept and excellent execution!

Fuzz/Jim will always be the master, but you're on your way, ET.

Brian, the full-bearded "Earl" came from a modern AT Danger of the Depths (shark set) But I lost track of how many I bought and returned until I could find one not only with a non-melted wet-suit.....but one whose face wasn't permanently "pushed-in" and without really bad melt-marks on his face. (and the funny part is I then, after all that trouble, traded him away....and lucky for me I discovered a treasure-trove of DOTD sets at a liquidator...and had to go through a half-dozen or so before I found another presentable one.
Yes, Fuzz is not only a master chopper, but a master set-builder and photographers as well...not to mention his amazing Joe collection.
I'm actually using a different photo-editing program than Fuzz...I'm using the full-blown PhotoShop...and I balked on buying a book since there were so many in the store...I figured I needed to do some more research.
Ah, so you like the soul commander's patch:) Notice it's missing from the HQ pic.....I poped it on electronically.....I was even able to make it translucent like the AT sticker I like.

I saw that set at a KB outlet store along with the Yeti set. They were $15 ea. and didn't look all that good, so I passed. I didn't see any of the AA ones, but I'm kinda wishing I'd bought them now.

Ya know--this bugs me. If we guys can come up with cool ideas like this, why can't Hasbro come up with ideas like this? I don't get it. Hasbro HAS TO KNOW there are websites like this, and if they had one functioning brain in the toy division among ALL of them, why couldn't, or didn't, they have at least ONE employee reading the 1/6th boards to "mine" ideas? I don't mean rip off custom figs that people have done, but at least get a "CLUE," ya know?

Team Neo--what a COOL idea!

Sigma Sux! Who's freakin' brain-child was THAT silly abortion?
